About the Role

  • Post and Delivery Management: Opening and distributing mail and packages.
  • Office Organisation: Maintaining a clean and organised workspace.
  • Travel Arrangements: Assisting with travel bookings for the team.
  • Stationery and Supplies: Managing office stationery and supplies.
  • Email Management: Handling main office emails and taking messages professionally.
  • HR Support: Providing administrative assistance to the HR department.
  • Training Coordination: Scheduling training sessions for staff members.
Requirements:
  • Work Ethic: A strong work ethic and attention to detail.
  • Administrative Experience: Essential.
  • Organisational Skills: Excellent organisational and planning skills.
  • Technical Skills: Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Flexibility: Beneficial.
