Job Title:

We are currently seeking a seasoned Construction Manager to lead our commercial fitout project in Dublin City Centre.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing multiple subcontractors, ensuring timely completion of projects and maintaining high-quality standards.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and monitor construction drawings, specifications, and work requirements.
  • Liaise with the design team to ensure works are completed according to the programme.
  • Direct and manage personnel, site staff, and subcontractors.
  • Monitor construction to ensure quality of work.
  • Coordinate weekly progress meetings, workshops, and plan actions.

Requirements:

  • Essential Qualifications:
  • Degree in Construction Management or similar.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in the commercial fitout industry in the UK or ROI.
  • Background in engineering is desirable.
