Hotel Receptionist Role

This position involves providing exceptional customer service to guests, ensuring their stay is enjoyable and memorable.

Main Responsibilities
  • Greeting and Check-in
  • Assisting with hotel services and facilities information and promoting them effectively to guests.
  • Accurately posting charges to guest bills and responding promptly to their inquiries.
  • Liaising with housekeeping for room allocation and maintaining optimal float levels.
Requirements
  • At least one year of experience in hotel reception or a related field.
  • A friendly and professional attitude, combined with excellent interpersonal and organisational skills.
  • Fluent English essential (written and spoken).
  • Availability to work variable shifts, including midweek, evenings, and weekends.
