The Vice President of Financial Leadership is a strategic role that oversees the entire accounting operations, ensuring the integrity of financial information and supporting executive decision-making. This position leads a team of controllers and financial analysts, driving automation and optimization in financial systems to improve reporting efficiency.

This senior financial leader will be responsible for:

  • Financial Reporting: Preparing accurate and timely financial reports for the Executive Leadership Team and Board, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
  • Accounting Operations: Overseeing all aspects of accounting operations, including financial consolidation, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Team Leadership: Leading and mentoring a team of controllers and financial analysts, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.

This role requires a strong finance professional with:

  • Professional Accounting Qualification: A recognized accounting qualification, such as a CPA or CMA.
  • Leadership Experience: Proven leadership experience in a similar role, with a track record of driving business results and improving financial processes.
  • Technical Skills: Strong technical skills in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting, with expertise in SAP systems and MS Office.
