Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Owning and leading the technical aspects of projects with small to medium sized teams.">
  • Assisting in identifying changes in project scope and developing change orders.">
  • Translating functional requirements to system configuration.">
  • Designing control system network architectures and control strategies.">
  • Serving as a technical contact for customers.">
  • Programming controllers and configuring automation equipment.">
  • Selecting automation equipment and instrumentation.">
  • Designing electrical control cabinets and panels with support from CAD technicians.">
  • Testing the system configuration to verify functions.">
  • Traveling to client site for project meetings and system verification.">

Required Skills and Qualifications:

">
  • ">
  • Thorough understanding of control system design and coding.">
  • Self-motivated, excellent communication skills, and enjoy working with people.">
  • Proficient on one or more of the following platforms: Inductive Automation Ignition, Rockwell ControlLogix/CompactLogix, PlantPAx, or FactoryTalk, Emerson DeltaV, Schneider Electric Modicon PLCs, EcoStruxure, PowerSCADA, Power Monitoring Expert (PME), National Instruments LabVIEW, Siemens S7, PCS7, or WinCC.">
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Computer, or Engineering Technology related fields.">
  • At least 3 years of experience in automation.">
