Galway Hotel Sales Lead

A seasoned hospitality professional is required to spearhead sales efforts for a prominent hotel in Galway, Ireland. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of driving revenue growth and cultivating strong relationships with local businesses.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Design and execute targeted sales strategies to maximize revenue
  • Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with MICE clients
  • Negotiate mutually beneficial rate agreements with local companies
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across leisure and corporate sectors
  • Develop comprehensive sales strategies for meeting and events on the property's website
  • Cultivate and manage databases to drive sales growth
  • Create and implement effective marketing initiatives to boost sales across all areas of the property
