Our team is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day functions of our Dublin-based venue.

About the Role
  • Support the General Manager in leading operations, people management, and driving standards to ensure exceptional customer experiences.
  • Maximise revenue through effective financial management, foster a positive team culture, and maintain compliance with licensing and health & safety policies.

Main Responsibilities
  • Assist the General Manager in overseeing venue operations, including scheduling, payroll support, and HR-related administration.
  • Motivate and develop the front-of-house team to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
  • Manage stock, supplier relationships, and cost controls to maximise profitability.
  • Contribute to sales growth through promotions, events, and upselling initiatives.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a leadership role within a busy bar, cocktail lounge, or late-night hospitality venue.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
  • In-depth knowledge of cocktail culture and premium hospitality service standards.
  • Commercially astute, with experience in managing budgets and driving revenue.
