Hotel Operations Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our busy 4-star hotel. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth running of the hotel, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales initiatives.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage the hotel's operations, including front office, food and beverage, and housekeeping departments.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to drive revenue growth and increase market share.
  • Lead a team of staff to achieve excellent results and targets.
  • Maintain a high level of safety and security within the hotel.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • At least 2 years' experience as a Senior Operations Manager or Hotel Manager in a similar hotel setting.
  • Strong knowledge of all departments within a hotel, particularly food and beverage and sales.
  • Experience in training and developing staff.
  • Proven track record of achieving results and targets.
  • Ability to work under pressure and make sound decisions quickly.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
