Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Hospitality professional to join our Reservations Team as a Hotel Groups Reservations Agent. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a busy reservations department, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth execution of Group Reservations Department's policies and procedures.

You will be responsible for managing Group Reservation functions, including quoting groups in a timely manner, following up with clients, confirming and contracting groups, collecting payment, and handing over information to Operations. You will also be responsible for ensuring that all groups are entered into our system correctly with relevant notes, traces, and rates.

In addition, you will coordinate with Hotel Operations to ensure seamless communication and provide regular reports on group bookings.

This is a full-time position requiring a professional manner and excellent attention to detail. The ideal candidate will possess relevant hospitality experience in Front Office/Reservations, with knowledge of Opera PMS highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage Group Reservation functions, including quoting, following up, and confirming groups
  • Enter groups into our system correctly with relevant notes, traces, and rates
  • Coordinate with Hotel Operations to ensure seamless communication
  • Provide regular reports on group bookings
Requirements
  • Relevant hospitality experience in Front Office/Reservations
  • Knowledge of Opera PMS highly desirable
