Credit & Structured Products Specialist

**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Credit & Structured Products Specialist. This role is responsible for creating and reviewing reconciliations, managing workloads, and training of team members.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of loan operations, credit/debt funds, and experience mentoring team members.
Main Responsibilities:
- Create and review reconciliations and customized reporting packages
- Liaise with external counterparties, including fund custodians and investment managers
- Assist with new client onboardings, audits, and other strategic initiatives
- Coordinate with clients and ensure the team is aware of daily deliverables and expectations
- Take responsibility for training and development of C&SP staff
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business or economics, and 3+ years of professional experience within a business or financial service related role.
