We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to join our team as an Accounts Administrator.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform bookkeeping services for a small team of professionals.
  • Manage email and phone communications.
  • Handle customer inquiries.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of essential experience in Financial, Credit Control, Administration, Personal Assistance to MD is required.
  • Demonstrable experience in good company finance practice including bank reconciliations, creditor & debtor reconciliations, processing Customer & Supplier Invoices, and preparation of ROS/VAT tax returns is also necessary.

This role requires an individual who can work independently yet be a valuable team player. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
