We are seeking a highly motivated individual to fill the role of F&B Assistant. In this dynamic and fast-paced position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that every guest feels welcome and valued.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide friendly and efficient service to hotel guests, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
- Undertake general waiting and service duties of food and beverage, maintaining high standards of presentation and quality.
- Manage customer requests in a timely and efficient manner, responding promptly to any issues or concerns.
- Sell additional items and maximize sales revenue by making personalized recommendations and promoting our menu offerings.
- Attend training sessions and follow cash handling procedures, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Prior experience as an F&B Assistant is essential, demonstrating a proven track record of success in a similar role.
- Prior experience working in a bar or hotel environment is desirable but not required, highlighting adaptability and a willingness to learn.
- Fluent English language skills and excellent communication skills are necessary, enabling effective interaction with colleagues and customers alike.
