Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Planner / Scheduler to join our team. As a key member of our project delivery team, you will be responsible for developing, monitoring, and updating project plans and schedules that encompass the entire engineering, procurement, construction, and qualification (EPCMV) life cycle.

You will analyze schedule input from project partners to verify schedule durations and integrity, evaluate logic and float paths, and integrate data into an overall master schedule. Your expertise will ensure the credibility of information in the master schedule and enable recommendations for managing float and resequencing activities to meet project milestones/target dates.

In addition to your technical skills, you will possess excellent collaboration, communication, and organizational skills to work effectively with project teams, vendors, and clients.

  • Analyze schedule input from project partners including clients, internal teams, vendors, and contractors to verify schedule durations and integrity, evaluate logic and float paths.
  • Integrate data into an overall master schedule.
  • Ensure the credibility of information in the master schedule and make recommendations to manage float and resequence activities to meet project milestone/target dates.
  • Collaborate with estimating & cost control to resource and cost load schedules as required, supporting constructability and value engineering.
  • Evaluate schedule risk & perform analysis as needed. Baseline schedules and document basis for approval.
  • Monitor schedule progress, deviations, and variances, assessing impacts on critical/near-critical activities. Assist in developing corrective actions.
  • Perform site walks to verify physical progress and analyze change orders for schedule impacts. Review schedules regularly with the project team to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Prepare schedule progress reports, trending charts, schedule analysis, and maintain records of scope changes, trends, and variances affecting schedule performance.
  • Develop and record the project's historical schedule information and lessons learned upon project completion.
