Administrative Banking Services Manager

The Assistant Manager is responsible for overseeing the workload and deliverables of a small team. The role involves maintaining core data within Kyriba TMS, monitoring quality related metrics, opening and closing operating, custody and virtual accounts, managing signatories on accounts, setting up, amending and obtaining information of services on accounts.
The successful candidate will deal with ad-hoc requests from businesses and manage/support projects as required. This role requires proven background interacting and driving engagement with senior management and internal/external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain core data within Kyriba TMS to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Monitor and capture quality related metrics to inform business decisions.
- Open and close operating, custody and virtual accounts as needed.
- Manage signatories on accounts and set up, amend and obtain information of services on accounts.
- Deal with ad-hoc requests from businesses and manage/support projects as required.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in a Corporate Treasury/Cash Management/Bank Administration environment or similar.
- Previous Supervisor/Manager experience is an advantage.
- Understanding of constitutive and other Bank Administration documents including Board Resolutions/Certificate of Incorporation/Trade Register/Account opening forms/Bank Signatory forms is an advantage.
