Russian Language Online Community Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and empathetic Online Content Moderator to join our Dublin-based team.
- Review and moderate flagged content to ensure alignment with community standards
- Investigate and resolve user issues with accuracy and empathy
- Monitor abuse reports and enforce platform policies
- Analyse data to improve user experience and identify workflow inefficiencies
- Spot trends and escalate critical issues to global teams
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Native Russian speaker with deep knowledge of the Russian market
- Fluent in English (B2 minimum)
- Authorised to work in Ireland, no relocation or visa sponsorship available
- Resilient, empathetic, and detail oriented
- Comfortable working full-time on-site in Dublin
