Job Requirements

  • Coordinate project delivery within the governance framework.
  • Liaise with stakeholders to identify requirements and objectives.
  • Coordinate governance schedules and meetings.
  • Produce and collate governance meeting paperwork.
  • Document decisions and actions from internal governance meetings and set timeframes for closure.
  • Act as the point of contact for governance and communicate project governance status as required.
  • Manage the Change Control process and deliver improvements identified.
  • Coordinate monthly reporting to senior management.
  • Work with teams to ensure timely information reporting and departmental reviews.
  • Monitor progress and handle any issues that arise.
  • Ensure quality of reported information at all times.
  • Develop effective formal and informal communications for successful governance and reporting delivery.

What You'll Need

  • Proven experience as a Project Coordinator in a Construction/Engineering/Consultancy environment.
  • Experience supporting project delivery from conception to completion.
  • Strong client-facing and teamwork skills.
  • Excellent time management skills and proven ability to work independently.
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office Suite and relevant software packages.
