Gene Therapy Manufacturing Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented manufacturing technician to join our team in producing advanced gene therapy products.

Job Description:

As a manufacturing technician, you will be responsible for performing various tasks related to the production of high-quality gene therapy products. You will work in a cleanroom environment, ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) while contributing to the production and improvement of Advanced Therapy Medicinal Products (ATMP).

Responsibilities:
  • Perform manufacturing tasks to produce high-quality gene therapy products.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, always ready for inspection.
  • Follow safety guidelines and report any health or safety concerns.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and other departments.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance safety, quality, and efficiency.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
  • Comfortable working in a cleanroom environment with high hygiene standards.
  • Basic IT skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing.
