Lead Software Architect

The ideal candidate will be a seasoned software architect with expertise in designing and implementing scalable, secure, and efficient software systems. They will lead the architecture of our virtual card platform, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement software architectures that meet business requirements and technical standards.
  • Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to define technical strategies and roadmaps.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate security policies and adhere to information security best practices.
  • Mentor and guide junior engineers to improve their skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field;
- At least 8 years of experience as a software engineer or architect;
- Strong understanding of software design patterns, principles, and methodologies;
- Experience with cloud-based platforms, containers, and container orchestration;
- In-depth knowledge of Java, Spring framework, persistence, and messaging technologies;
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills;
