Renewable Energy Asset Manager

We are seeking a skilled Production Manager to oversee the Operations function of generating assets, ensuring environmental and health and safety compliance while maximising plant performance.
Main Responsibilities:- Manage Renewable Energy portfolio of generating assets to achieve and maximise plant availability and efficiency while meeting association and government renewable targets;
- Lead operations of the power plant, ensuring alignment with Maintenance teams and according to customer's instructions, ensuring targets are achieved, and works are carried out safely, economically, and within environmental and design limits;
- Oversee material management, purchasing, and contract management to meet company standards and support operations within budget;
- Participate in implementing Renewable Energy Business Management System, coordinating interfaces with customers, partners, regulatory authorities, and accreditation bodies;
- Develop and implement a resource plan for operations team extending to 2030 and beyond;
- BSc in Engineering or equivalent in related technical discipline;
- 10+ years of experience in similar role;
- Experience with Steam Boilers and Steam Turbine plants.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The selected candidate will be responsible for achieving organisational goals by prioritising tasks, managing resources and leading cross-functional teams.
