Job Title: Store Manager

Are you a motivated and organized individual with experience in retail management? We are seeking a skilled Store Manager to join our team.

**Key Responsibilities:**
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring excellent customer service and high-quality products
• Recruit, train, and motivate staff to achieve sales targets and provide an exceptional shopping experience
• Maintain accurate records and reports, including sales data and inventory levels
• Manage stock levels, receiving deliveries, and performing stockroom tasks

**Requirements:**
• At least 1 year's experience in retail management
• Excellent numeracy skills and attention to detail
• Good organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and appraise staff
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
