- Oversee and support staff on a daily basis, leading by example and maintaining high standards of customer service and store performance.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and uphold high store standards, collaborating closely with management to drive sales and meet objectives.
- Assist with stock control, ordering, and merchandising, as well as train, motivate, and lead staff to achieve sales and performance targets.
- Evaluate employee performance, address issues promptly, and ensure adherence to health & safety, HACCP, and company policies.
- Previous experience in retail or supervisory roles, preferably in supermarkets or convenience stores.
- Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Ambitious, motivated, and eager to advance into management, with a clear understanding of teamwork and effective communication.
- A competitive salary ranging from €33,000 to €34,000 per annum.
