Project Manager Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our project delivery team, you will be responsible for managing complex civil engineering projects from start to finish.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget. You will have excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including budgets and timelines.
  • Manage and coordinate the work of project team members, including site agents, project engineers, and QSs.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and delays, and develop strategies to overcome them.
  • Monitor and control project costs, and ensure that the project stays within budget.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, and communicate effectively with them throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in project management, preferably in the civil engineering sector.
  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Project and other project management tools.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate potential risks.
  • A valid driving license and the ability to travel regularly.
