Job Title: Senior Property Executive

Our organization is seeking a skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Senior Property Executive. This individual will play a key part in supporting the delivery of Capital Works programmes, including expansion, site upgrades, and operational equipment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property management and project coordination.

Responsibilities:
  • Support the Property and Facilities Manager in delivering Capital Works programmes.
  • Manage internal stakeholders' expectations regarding scope of delivery, budget considerations, and delivery timelines.
  • Appoint and manage third-party contractors to deliver each phase of the project (design, statutory consents, construction).
  • Oversee the delivery of projects and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Chair/lead meetings and produce meeting reports and action lists as required.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in delivering construction-related projects.
  • Demonstrable technical understanding of facility-related systems (including electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems).
  • Relevant experience in Project Management, Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work well on your own initiative, make decisions, prioritize effectively, and engage professionally and courteously with others.
