Food & Beverage Manager Job Opportunity

The role of a Food and Beverage Manager is pivotal in delivering exceptional guest experiences while ensuring quality service standards.

This position plays a crucial part in driving the success of our F&B operations by effectively managing financial plans, controlling expenses, and implementing strategies to enhance profitability.

  • Develop business strategies for Food and Beverage operations in conjunction with Outlet Managers, focusing on revenue targets and marketing initiatives.
  • Analyze daily and monthly results, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to increase Average Checks, Covers, and profitability.

To succeed in this role, you will require excellent knowledge of Food and Beverage products and services, as well as strong organisational skills and people management abilities.
