Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Content Reviewer. This is a full-time, permanent position that offers a competitive salary package, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for career growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Investigate and resolve reported issues (inquiries via the ticketing system), such as requests for account support or potentially abusive content.
- Enforce client's Terms of Use by carefully monitoring reports of abuse on the site.
- Become and remain knowledgeable about client's products and community standards.
Requirements:
- Fluent level of Finnish in oral and written communication, with an in-depth understanding of culture and social trends in the region.
- Advanced level of English (at least B2 level).
- Strong personal resilience with the ability to operate in a pressured and fast-paced environment.
