We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Insurance Business Development Manager. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for insurance inquiries, delivering exceptional service across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer experiences via phone and in-person interactions.
- Manage all aspects of motor, household, and van insurance from new business inquiries to policy renewals.
- Act as a liaison with insurance providers effectively communicating customer needs and instructions.
- Offer expert advice and guidance on a range of insurance products.
- Train new team members on processes and products.
- Process payments for renewals and new business policies.
Requirements:
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Goal-oriented and driven to achieve targets.
- Strong knowledge of insurance products is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Professional demeanor and a positive attitude.
- Experience in a fast-paced environment is desirable but not essential.
