Endoscopy Unit Manager

The Clinical Nurse Manager is responsible for overseeing the Endoscopy unit and delivering high-quality patient care. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and the ability to influence others.
A successful candidate must possess a registered general nurse qualification and at least 2 years' experience in a management position within an endoscopy service. Private healthcare experience is desirable.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing patient care and supervising the endoscopy team
- Developing and implementing policies and procedures
- Maintaining accurate records and participating in accreditation processes
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional patient care
- Leading change and implementing improvements within the clinical area
