Job Title: Inventory and Warehouse Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain optimal inventory levels, reducing excess stock, preventing stockouts, and improving overall supply chain efficiency
  • Lead warehouse operations through effective teamwork and leadership, establishing standard work routines for warehouse processes, and developing training programs for continuous improvement
  • Collaborate closely with planning, sourcing, purchasing, logistics, and warehouse staff to achieve common goals

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma with a focus on inventory or warehouse management, supply chain, logistics, business administration, or operations management
  • 2–5 years of experience in inventory management, logistics, supply chain, or warehouse operations, including proven track records of managing stock control systems, handling procurement or purchasing requirements, and using enterprise resource planning (ERP) or warehouse management systems (WMS)
  • Proficiency in inventory software, advanced Excel skills for data analysis, understanding of barcoding, RFID, or automated inventory systems, familiarity with lean or just-in-time (JIT) practices, and knowledge of international logistics and import/export regulations
