About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Creative Success Lead to join our team. As a key member of our leadership group, you will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives and developing a long-term vision for our Creative Success function.


Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
  • Project Management Experience: Proven track record of managing multiple projects, with experience in project/account management.
  • Creative Campaigns: Extensive experience in creating and executing successful creative campaigns.
  • Mentorship and Leadership: Proven ability to lead mentorship programs and develop talent, with a focus on growth and development.
  • Stakeholder Relationships: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in managing executive stakeholder relationships.
