Job Overview

This role involves spearheading project management for the Identity and Access Management (IAM) Cybersecurity portfolio. It includes existing projects and upcoming initiatives. The focus is on managing programs in a fast-paced environment, requiring strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and risk management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive project plans to ensure timely delivery, defined scope, and alignment with objectives and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage project budgets, monitor expenditures, track variances, and implement corrective actions to maintain budgetary control.
  • Lead resource allocation across IAM cybersecurity projects, balancing constraints to ensure optimal utilization.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate risks; integrate risk management into program planning and execution.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, providing regular status updates on project progress, risks, and achievements.
  • Implement metrics and performance indicators to monitor project effectiveness; report outcomes to leadership and identify areas for improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in Cybersecurity IAM portfolio and program management.
  • Strong knowledge of the NIST/NICE framework and its application in cybersecurity program management.
  • 4+ years of professional cybersecurity project management experience.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 6+ years of diversified leadership, planning, communication, organization, and people management.
  • Effective leadership, training, and presentation skills; experience leading multiple, diverse teams.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects; ability to develop budgets and manage expenses.
  • Strategic thinking with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation; strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to engage with cross-functional teams and stakeholders; strong management of planning, organizing, leading, and measuring service-driven teams.
  • Mentorship and guidance on professional judgment and cybersecurity ethics.
Education and Certification
  • Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Business Management, or a related field is required. Master's degree or professional certifications (e.g., PMP, CISSP) are preferred.
