The Environmental, Health and Safety Manager role plays a pivotal part in maintaining a secure and compliant work environment. Ensuring our operations meet all national and international EHS regulations is paramount.
Key Responsibilities- Manage site EHS activities to ensure compliance with local, national, and European regulations.
- Implement EHS programs and industry best practices.
- Maintain excellent site-specific EHS programs and plans.
- Provide guidance on EHS regulations and requirements affecting the site.
- Partner with teams to manage site EHS compliance activities.
- Drive EHS compliance through audits and site inspections.
- Lead site risk reduction and environmental improvement activities.
- Manage EHS training programs.
- Complete regulatory monitoring and reporting.
- Lead incident investigations and develop corrective action plans.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
- Proven EHS experience in a regulated industry or engineering environment.
