Construction Estimating Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Estimator to join our team in delivering successful construction projects.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and managing detailed, accurate, and timely tenders based on drawings, specifications, bills of quantities, and other relevant information to secure profitable work orders.

This involves sourcing quotations from subcontractors and suppliers, analyzing information for ambiguity, risk, and qualification, and seeking clarification where necessary.

You will assist in the ongoing development of systems and procedures used in tendering, stay up-to-date with contractual changes and industry developments, and maintain excellent IT skills including MS office applications, Excel, and QS/Estimating software.

Key requirements include several years of experience in estimating roles within contracting or specialist contracting backgrounds, as well as a relevant third-level qualification.
