About the Position

The National College of Ireland seeks a detail-oriented and organised individual to fill the role of Community Families National Data Quality Officer. As a member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and reliability of data collected and reported by the Community Families Programme.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Work closely with Enclude and local Community Families sites to implement and optimise the Community Families National CRM system.

  2. Provide technical assistance and support to local sites in using the CRM system for data input, analysis, and reporting purposes.

  3. Conduct regular quality checks on national data collection, monitoring, evaluation, and reporting activities to ensure accuracy and consistency.

  4. Collaborate with the ELI Research team to develop and implement research and evaluation processes/systems within the Community Families Programme.

  5. Prepare and disseminate reports and information to key stakeholders, including the Community Families National Oversight and Support Group, local sites, Tusla, HSE, and other relevant entities.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
  • Proven experience working with CRM systems, preferably in a similar role or capacity.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Access.
  • Knowledge of EvaSys, SPSS, and other relevant software applications.
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment, collaborating with colleagues, stakeholders, and community members.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, prioritise tasks, and maintain accurate records.
