We are seeking an experienced Financial Expert to join our team as a Fully Qualified Accountant. The ideal candidate will possess professional qualifications and significant experience in public practice, with expertise in financial reporting, audit and assurance, tax advisory, corporate planning, information systems, or general management.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality accounting services to our clients, including financial reporting, audit and assurance, tax advisory, corporate planning, information systems, and general management.

Key Requirements
  • Professional Qualifications:
    • Full membership of Chartered Accountants Ireland or ACCA with Irish audit qualification for statutory audit work
    • Practising Certificate to operate in public practice
  • Experience:
    • Minimum two years of approved post-membership experience in public practice under supervision
    • Three years of audit training including 44 weeks in statutory audit logged through recognized systems
  • Skills:
    • Demonstrated expertise in at least two technical areas: Financial Reporting, Audit & Assurance, Tax Advisory, Corporate Planning, Information Systems, or General Management
    • Experience preparing or signing statutory audit reports managing client relationships and overseeing compliance
    • Maintained CPD requirements over prior compliance period completion of a Practice Orientation or equivalent course within required timeframe
    • Meets Professional Indemnity Insurance standards as specified by the regulator
    • Compliant with current Public Practice Regulations firm registration monitoring and ethical obligations
