We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Transformation Business Growth Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying and pursuing new opportunities with our most valued customers.
In this role, you will work closely with our virtual teams to understand customer business needs and develop solutions that meet their specific requirements. You will also collaborate with internal partners to plan, orchestrate, and execute Modern Work opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell.
Your exceptional sales acumen, deep understanding of enterprise needs, and ability to build strong customer relationships will be instrumental in achieving sales targets and driving customer success.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with virtual teams to identify customer business needs and develop solutions
- Work closely with internal partners to plan, orchestrate, and execute Modern Work opportunities
- Broaden and deepen Microsoft's relationships with Customer Business Decision Makers
- Initiate conversations with Modern Work Business Decision Makers, share best practices, and key competitor knowledge
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Written and verbal fluency in French AND English
- Experience in technology-related sales or account management
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field combined with relevant sales/account management experience
