Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Process SME to provide technical leadership and expertise in process safety, containment, and small molecule processing. This role will oversee the delivery of capital projects, ensuring that they meet business requirements and are completed effectively.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in process design, engineering, and management, with experience in leading teams and implementing process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical direction and oversight for process design, engineering, and implementation
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver capital projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, productivity, and safety
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize project objectives and outcomes
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of process designs, modifications, and changes

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in process design, engineering, and management
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
