Job Role

We are seeking a skilled Network Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing, implementing and managing local and wide area networks.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the work performed and managing the operational aspects of managed service provider relationships.

About the Role
  • Design, implement and manage local and wide area networks to ensure maximum uptime for users.
  • Work closely with network and security managed service providers to plan and execute the selection, installation, configuration and testing of network equipment.
  • Maintain effective network services by evaluating and resolving network performance issues.
  • Serve as technical specialist in network problems and emergencies.
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation of network configurations and setups.
  • Ensure the network complies with security standards and industry regulations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
  • 5+ years of experience in IT Network Support.
  • Expert knowledge of network technologies and their application across WAN, LAN, Wireless, Voice and Network Security.
  • Experience in configuration, implementation and support of enterprise or manufacturing networks with diverse solutions from multiple vendors.
  • Ability to manage relationships with internal business customers.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
