Job Title: Procurement Specialist

Job Description:
As a Procurement Specialist, you will play a key role in sourcing both Indirect and Direct materials for our organization. You will work closely with the Sr. Procurement Manager across Sourcing, Contracting and Supplier Management related processes to ensure compliance with the company's Procurement Policy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sourcing goods and services from suppliers supporting the overall goals of the Procurement organization.
  • Providing sourcing support on low/medium-risk purchases.
  • Administering RFX process; managing development of NDAs, setting RFP event in the systems, facilitating Q&A with participants, monitoring and analyzing events, and providing input during the selection process.
  • Supporting supplier selection and negotiation process in line with Procurement policy.
  • Conducting data and spend analysis, comfortable with purchasing analytics tools and advanced Excel skills.
  • Interfacing with Operations and other functional areas to collect operational needs and specifications.
  • Liaising with Sr. Procurement Manager on category needs and with legal on contract processing.
