Job Title: Account Manager

As a seasoned professional in the design industry, we are seeking an experienced account manager to join our team and support client services on multi-disciplinary project production and delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage specific accounts and nurture existing client relationships with superb attention to detail and project management skills.
  • Assist the client services team on daily account operations, including planning, coordinating, scheduling, liaison, and documentation updates.
  • Keep project management software updated and support the team on daily administration duties such as updating files, seeking quotes, and ordering items for print/production.
  • Contribute to quality control of outputs, ensuring smooth operations across the design floor from production to completion.
  • Support project scopes, quotes, and invoicing as required.
  • Assist in creating pitches and proposals, and help with various office management tasks as they arise.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience of 3-5 years in a design, brand strategy, marketing, or consultancy agency, with experience leading projects and managing accounts.

  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
