Job Title: Quality Assurance Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
  • Run and support audits – ensuring standards are met.
  • Work closely with suppliers to maintain the highest level of quality.
  • Take ownership of problem-solving when things don't go to plan and lead the way to solutions.
  • Manage CAPAs and change control activities, keeping everything fully documented and compliant.
  • Maintain the quality documentation that keeps everything running smoothly.
  • Support training and operational quality activities so the whole team operates at its best.
Requirements:
  • Experience in quality assurance for medical devices or healthcare technology.
  • Understanding of ISO standards and regulatory compliance.
  • Confidence in auditing and supplier management.
  • Clear, concise communication skills.
