We are seeking a Customer Experience Ambassador to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and working in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description

The Customer Experience Ambassador will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere for customers, ensuring they have a positive experience from start to finish. This will involve serving customers at the till, restocking shelves, and recommending products to customers.

In addition to providing excellent customer service, the Customer Experience Ambassador will also be responsible for maintaining a high level of product knowledge and being aware of new products and promotions.

Main Responsibilities
  • To provide excellent customer service, ensuring customers have a positive experience
  • To maintain a high level of product knowledge and be aware of new products and promotions
  • To restock shelves and ensure the store looks appealing to customers
Requirements

No prior retail experience is necessary, as full training will be provided. However, a friendly and approachable attitude is essential, as well as being comfortable on your feet and able to work flexibly.
