Job Description

We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Partner Operations Analyst to join our global team. As a key member of our operations leadership team, you'll play a critical role in optimizing partner operations, spearheading strategic insights, and enhancing the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our partnerships.

Your primary responsibilities will include serving as the central point of coordination for partner operations across EMEA and APAC, ensuring alignment with global strategies and objectives. You'll also develop and manage sales analytics dashboards and forecasting models to track partner performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to drive revenue growth.

In addition, you'll work closely with partner managers, sales teams, and cross-functional departments to support partner initiatives, streamline processes, and resolve operational challenges. You'll design and implement scalable processes and best practices to enhance partner management, reporting, and collaboration across regions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the central point of coordination for partner operations across EMEA and APAC.
  • Develop and manage sales analytics dashboards and forecasting models.
  • Work closely with partner managers, sales teams, and cross-functional departments.
  • Design and implement scalable processes and best practices.

Requirements

We're looking for a seasoned professional with 5+ years of experience in partner operations, sales operations, or a related role ideally within SaaS/MarTech. You should possess expertise in sales analytics, forecasting, and performance reporting, as well as experience supporting EMEA and APAC markets. Solid proficiency in Salesforce CRM and Tableau for data visualisation and reporting is essential. You'll need remarkable analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to derive actionable insights from data. Additionally, you'll require exemplary communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate successfully with global teams and partners.

Our compensation package includes a base pay range of €65,600 - €98,400 EUR, plus variable compensation for eligible roles.
