Job Description: Channel Sales Specialist
The Channel Sales Specialist plays a critical role in driving revenue growth through partnerships. This position involves building and maintaining relationships with partners, identifying new business opportunities, and working collaboratively to develop and execute strategies that drive results. A key responsibility is handling contract negotiations, ensuring alignment between partner and organization expectations.

Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, providing expert-level guidance on our offerings, promotions, and configuration.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with partners at various organizational levels, fostering collaboration and aligning business goals.
- Negotiate contracts and manage terms and conditions to ensure alignment with both partner and organization expectations.
- Collaborate with partners to develop tailored solutions that meet specific customer needs, incorporating product customization and service alignment.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive partner account plans to drive sales growth, partnering with senior stakeholders to align business objectives.
- Proactively identify new partners that align with our strategic objectives, integrating them into our sales ecosystem.
- Convert potential leads into joint sales activities with partners while effectively managing the sales funnel.
- Work closely with our sales team to achieve quota targets, leveraging transactional and relationship selling techniques within established guidelines.
Education & Experience Required
- Four-year or graduate degree in sales, marketing, business administration, or a related field.
- Typically 4-7 years of experience in enterprise selling, channel & alliance, or a related field, or equivalent experience with an advanced degree.
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced degree in a related field or significant work experience.
Knowledge & Skills
- Proficiency in CRM software, such as Salesforce.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners.

- Results-oriented mindset, with a focus on driving revenue growth through partnerships.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex situations and find effective solutions.
