This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and collaborative team as a Investor Services Administrator. The role sits within the Shareholder Services department, which plays a critical role in managing shareholder registers, processing transactions, and handling investor inquiries.
The Job Responsibilities Include:
- Preparing and processing investor transactions, including subscriptions, redemptions, switches, and transfers, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Compiling and issuing reports to investors and investment managers, maintaining a high standard of precision and efficiency.
- Processing subscription and redemption payments while completing daily reconciliations for fund bank accounts.
- Maintaining shareholder records, including static data updates on the share register, and responding to client and investor queries promptly.
- FOLLOWING INTERNAL ANTI-MONEY LAUNDERING (AML) PROCEDURES AND COLLABORATING WITH THE AML TEAM AS REQUIRED.
To succeed in this role, you will require strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with colleagues and clients at all levels.
You will also need 1–3 years' experience in fund administration or a comparable financial services role, as well as a junior candidate with strong initiative, a positive attitude, and a genuine eagerness to learn and grow within the role.
A structured approach to work and attention to detail are essential, as well as self-motivation and the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in handling client and investor queries, escalating unresolved or complex issues to supervisors promptly, is also required.
