Investor Services Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Investor Services Specialist to join our team in Dublin. As a key member of our fund administration group, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and ensuring the accurate processing of investor transactions.
Key Responsibilities:- Process subscriptions, redemptions, transfers, and switches for onshore and offshore funds on our Investor Services system.
- Resolve dealing-related inquiries via email and telephone, supplying information on funds' portfolios, prices, dealing procedures, markets, and currencies.
- Liaise with local offices, clients, and shareholders worldwide.
- Check and process all activity for investors and clients, including transactions, reporting, ad hoc requests, and queries.
- Maintain the accuracy of shareholder registers and investor files.
- Distribute shareholder statements and Investment Manager Reports.
- Ensure compliance with anti-money laundering procedures.
- Report fund transactions to Fund Accountant Teams.
- Daily reconcile cash accounts.
- Timely resolve audit requests.
- Three years+ experience within investor services/transfer agency teams.
- Detailed knowledge of transfer agency systems.
- Able to adapt quickly to challenging and changing priorities.
- Good understanding of the Funds Industry.
- Experience in client management.
