Activity Coordinator Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Activity Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have the ability to develop and organize a range of events and activities for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and coordinate daily activities for residents
  • Develop and implement activity programs that promote socialization, engagement, and well-being
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and effective program
Requirements:
  • Degree in a related field (e.g., recreation therapy, gerontology)
  • Experience working with seniors or individuals with dementia
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Certification in a related field (e.g., Certified Activity Professional)
  • Previous experience as an activity coordinator or in a similar role
