Job Overview

As a Creche Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of Early Years Educators and supporting staff to deliver high-quality education and care for children aged 3 months to 12 years.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the delivery of educational programmes in line with Aistear & Siolta standards.
  • Manage a team of educators and ancillary staff to create a positive and inclusive environment.
  • Ensure all activities meet regulatory standards and align with our core values.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a managerial or supervisory role in an Early Years service.
  • Extensive knowledge of ECCE and NCS funding schemes.
  • Knowledge of Early Years regulations and ability to implement educational programmes.

Benefits:

  • 40 hours per week
  • Dependant on experience and qualifications
