Job Opportunity: Product Leader

We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Engineer to join our AI team in Dublin, Ireland.

The successful candidate will work closely with our Machine Learning Scientists and product teams to build AI-powered products.

The role involves defining new machine learning features, researching algorithms and technologies, and rapidly prototyping solutions for our customers.

We prioritize a product-focused approach, working in partnership with Product and Design functions to deliver high-quality results.

Ours is a collaborative team that tests and measures the real customer impact of each model we deploy.

This position is ideal for an experienced product engineer who takes an analytical approach to development and has hands-on experience with machine learning systems.

About the Role:
  • Develop systems that power our flagship AI products using our Python tech stack.
  • Work alongside Machine Learning Scientists to bring proof-of-concept code to production, ensuring it's robust and scalable.
  • Partner with product teams outside of our group to shape the best AI-powered product experience for our customers.
  • Contribute to all phases of software development, including ideation, prototyping, implementation, and testing.
  • Play an active role in hiring, mentoring, and career development of other engineers.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience shipping high-quality products.
  • 1+ year of experience building AI-powered products.
  • Demonstrate significant impact in previous work.
  • Strong technical fundamentals, with a willingness to learn and invest in personal development.
  • Deep knowledge of a high-level programming language (e.g., Ruby, Python, JavaScript).
  • Bias towards progress over perfection.
  • BSc in Computer Science, Maths, or Statistics, or related discipline.

  • Previous experience in data analytics or statistical roles.
