Senior Fund Operations Analyst

This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals to familiarize themselves with the full fund operations process. The successful candidate will work closely with other members of the team to ensure that client deliverables are met on a timely basis. This includes interacting with all levels of professionals both internally and externally.

  • Serve as an operational contact for multiple clients in the private equity unit.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for investor queries, capital calls, and distributions.
  • Create new investors and maintain accurate records of investor information.
  • Prepare and review capital call and distribution notices, capital account statements, and analyze financial data for accuracy.
  • Meet critical deadlines for client reporting and audit preparation when requested.
  • Evaluate compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with the accounting team to manage daily tasks.
  • Ensure adherence to department procedures, service standards, and specified deadlines.
  • Process payment distributions to investors and verify the source of incoming funds.
  • Generate innovative solutions to improve processes and enhance customer experience.
  • Mentor and train employees on team skills and best practices.
  • Nurture strong relationships with external clients and internal stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Business.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in transfer agency or fund operations.
  • Prior knowledge of fund accounting/transfer agency systems is advantageous.
