System Applications Engineer
Job Description:The role involves developing hardware system solutions for customer engagements and communicating technical information relative to hardware system development.
Key responsibilities include responsible for developing hardware system solutions, communicate technical information, and maintain technical relationships with field teams and key Data Center accounts.
Required skills and qualifications include at least 6 years' working experience in datacenter power systems, leadership, team development, influencing others, strategic thinking, and good communication skill.
Becoming resident authority on design requirements for safety and reliability is also important.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in Datacenter Power Systems either in semiconductor or non-semiconductor.
They should also be experienced in customer interface, willing to take challenges, aggressive in driving results even under pressure, and self-motivated.
Leadership and teamwork abilities are highly valued as well.
This position offers an opportunity to develop new innovative systems and work with cross-functional teams to meet business growth expectations.
Candidate Credentials include BS.E.E. (M.S. preferred).
Travel may be required locally and internationally.
Additionally, the candidate will work with segment and BU marketing teams to develop business cases behind investment strategies and provide inputs on new platform technology developments.
